Joining us on the podcast today is psychiatric nurse, Maryrose. Maryrose has completed the Angel Reiki School and has recently gone through a Spiritual reawakening. She's even started her own Angel Intuitive business as a result.

Have you ever asked your Angels for validation? That's what today's Angel stories are all about! Sue shares her Angel experiences that she's shared with her late grandfather and mom. She tells us how she specifically asked her mom for validation that she was with her, and Sue received that validation is many beautiful ways.
Validation is when you ask the Other Side to provide you with a sign that is, without a doubt, for you. I believe that Spirit does provide these signs for you in their own time. They provide you with this validation so that you can see these moments didn't just "happen". They were purposeful, and meant to get your attention so that you can see your Angels are with you.

Friends, there are different ways that Spirit comes through to us. For example, we can hear what they’re saying through our own internal dialogue, we can see visions, or we can get a feeling of knowingness. All of these ways of communicating are incredible. Today on the podcast, we have on one of my students from the Angel Reiki School, Kristen Bly. She has a very unique perspective as someone who wasn't sure if she could do this work or not. She's always had a sense of knowingness, even as a child. When we first began working together, she felt like it just wasn't working for her. She experienced a great deal of self-doubt. Over the past couple years, Kristen has made SO much growth in her Spiritual Awakening and has learned to trust her intuition and receive messages from her Angels. I recently found a journal entry from when I was 22 years old. Spirit called me to turn to a specific page and I want to share this specific entry with you all today. It is amazing to look back on my inner thoughts and goals that I had for myself years ago.
Reading this entry took me back to moments in my past that gave me a glimpse of what my life looks like today. Being reminded of these moments gives me validation that Spirit knew what was going to happen in my future, and although I've made choices with my free-will, they have been guiding me this whole time.

Breathwork Exercise: {10:30}
Hi friends! I have an extra special episode today. I'm starting out by telling you one of my Angel stories. This story is the perfect example of the intricate details and confirmations that our Angels bring through when I work with my clients.
Sometimes I get messages and validations from what I see in my daily prayers and meditations. Something that I have been seeing, and that my Angels have been impressing upon my heart, is to teach others how to experience being in a high vibration and how to stay in high vibration. The beautiful thing about holding a high vibration is that it extends to everyone and everything everywhere.

Today we're joined by author and breathwork queen, Samantha Skelly. After struggling with an eating disorder, Samantha set out for soul searching. She first discovered breathwork about ten years ago, and it changed her life. Breathwork helped heal her eating disorder, as she developed a deeper connection with herself.
