Today's Angel story is so beautiful and the perfect example of a pet's unconditional love. Cynthia had a beloved cat for 19 years who was her meditation partner, therapist, and greatest companion. When he became sick, she performed reiki and meditation with him. This helped, but she also knew he needed to let go soon.
Since his passing, Cynthia has received many signs and synchronicities from him. Friends, there are so many people who have animals in their Soul family. If you've had a pet who has crossed over to the Other Side, know that they are looking out for you as well.

Kari is on the show today sharing several beautiful Angel stories. She has always had a special connection with her grandmother, and this became stronger when Kari faced great losses in her life.
Kari lost her baby girl at 37 weeks and experienced visions and a strong knowingness before finding out the news. She now knows that it was her grandmother who brought in those visions to help prepare her for her loss. Friends, this happens sometimes. Spirit will talk to you through your internal thoughts.
Kari also tells us about several BIG validations that's she's experienced and how her daughter and son have shown her very clear signs. Spirit has helped her work on her healing after the trauma she faced.

Have you ever gone through a challenging time in your life and felt like you were close to losing your faith? You're not alone. Many people find themselves in this situation. Our guest today, Frank, is one of them. He went through a complete transformation of healing.
Frank shares his story of when he hit a hard time, but was determined not to lose his faith in God. He began to pray every day, rather than just praying when he felt like it was needed. For him, it made all the difference. Frank also tells us how practicing gratitude played a big part in waking up to his Spirituality. Towards the end of the episode, Frank tells of a time that his daughter was in a car accident and how it was an absolute miracle that she survived.

It's hard to believe we are already on week four of our healing series with Sensei Alex Kakuyo. Sensei Alex Kakuyo is a Buddhist teacher and breathwork facilitator. A former Marine, he served in both Iraq and Afghanistan before finding the Dharma through a series of happy accidents. Sensei Alex holds a B.A. in philosophy from Wabash College, and he is the author of Perfectly Ordinary: Buddhist Teachings for Everyday Life.
Today we are diving into techniques for staying grounded in love and forgiveness. Sensei Alex begins with a beautiful teaching from his book. Then we dive into the idea of focusing on living your life as opposed to constantly getting stuck in finishing work and solving problems.
We look at accepting imperfections, understanding how we react to challenges, and Sensei even gives strategies that you can use to break the cycle of negative thoughts. At the end of the episode, Sensei gives a beautiful summary of this four part series so you can take the lessons and apply it to your life in 2021.

We are on part three of our healing series with Sensei Alex Kakuyo! Last week, we had a conversation about understanding where suffering comes from and how we can use that knowledge to better our life.
